Shipping Policy for Brickheads Toy Company

We're excited to bring you unique LEGO® sets, minifigures, magazines, and collectibles. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process to help ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Processing Time

Fast Fulfillment

We strive to ship all orders from our Colorado warehouse within 48 business hours.

Many orders placed before 12:00 PM (MST) will ship the same business day, while orders placed after 12:00 PM will typically ship the following business day.

Delays & Exceptions

While fast shipping is a top priority for us, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, inventory transfers, weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control. If delays occur, we will work to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

Business Days

Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Backorder Policy

Some items on our site may be listed as backordered, meaning they are not currently in stock but are available for advance purchase. By placing an order for a backordered item, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Payment is collected at the time of purchase to reserve your item.
  • Backordered items typically ship within 2–3 weeks. These are estimates and may change due to supplier or transit delays outside our control.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
  • We will proactively communicate significant delays or changes to estimated ship dates.
  • Backordered orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipment by contacting us at hello@brickheads.co.

Once an item has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Shipping Rates and Methods

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is available with estimated delivery times of 2–5 business days after shipment. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and size.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may impact delivery speed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, carrier delays and lost packages can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@brickheads.co and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note that Brickheads Toy Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
